| hey guys....tore up my knee playing hockey 3 months ago and im starting to get back into working out the problem im finding is that im forcing myself to start at the level i was at before the injury but the fact is that im no where near that kinda shape anymore! i find starting off slow is too boring but obviously its where i need to start out at....anyways i was wondering what kinda treadmill workouts i could use? any ideas |

| tredmill workouts how boring lol.. how long were you out for? Running and jogging is not the only way to get your fitness levels back up. Why dont you try something else if your getting bored like cycling or swimming which will put alot less stress on your knee aswell. |
