I'm doing my football training as a sophmore in high school and I'm not feeling any improvement. When I started in I was:
bench-135
Incline Bench-135
Squat-200
Hand Cling-135

Currently doing:
bench-155
Incline Bench-145
Squat-235
Hand Cling-155

Give me some advice on how to improve myself...PLEASE!!!

are you doing full body work outs? where do you work out?

what are your goals? and what are your stats? (age,weight)

Yes, I do full body workouts, and I work out at my school weight room.

Goals:
Bench:180
Incline Bench:170-175
Squat:250-255
Hand clings:180

One word....

Deadlifts....

Good overall strength builder, and once you feel comfortable move on to clean and press....
