Hey im new im 17 260 6ft'3. I was looking for some advice I have been lifting weights for about 4 years to aid my wrestling. But when I stoped wrestling due to injuries and variouse other reasons I stopped lifting wieghts I was 245 pretty solid and benching around 220lbs squating 385lbs and deadlifting 415lbs. I now am going to start lifting weights again just for personal satisfaction and health in other words I wanna get huge lol. Im looking to cutt fat and than Bulk up to were I was at about 245 I was wondering if any one had some good tips or training routines to aid or help me out.

P.S. sorry to admit it but I am shortz's Brother lol :banghead:

breakfast: Protien shanke, eggs, cerial, sometimes bacon and sausage
Lunch:tuna, pasta
Dinner:meat,veggies,pasta
lol pretty much whatever my mom makes

His first task is to clean up his diet. That is the most important thing for him. Then, he needs to realize that 5 days in the gym is too much and that big brother's advice is the best adfice he can get. LOL

Well, I guess you guys can help out too...he needs positive reinforcement. Bobbo needs motivation to keep going and doing things that are healthy. It's difficult living in a stressful home, but he is strong minded and is a great kid. Hopefull this board will help you stay motivated bro.

sorry about being shortz's brother, thats hard on anybody, LOL!!! Listen, tighten up that diet and focus on your body, those two things, when put in line can do wonders for your body and mind. Put your head down and just do what you need to do and before you know it.......your there!!!! Welcome and good luck!

thanks alot guys I will try cleaning up my diet and posting it on here, and I guess decreasing my visits to the gym to about 3 or 4... :)
