I wanna drop about 30 40lbs, Should I cutt carbs?

what is ur diet liek now you may be able ot just eat helathier and drop osme weight at first

umm kinda junky actually to be honest I just need some ideas of a good diet or somthing to go on that will full my muscles but also cutt some fat..

First off over a week get a rough idea of how many calories you eat a day. Next make a diet up of 5-6 meals a day - one every 3 hours combining low glycaemic carbs with protein and healthy fats each meal. Cut the calories back about 500/day less than before and don't eat any carbs after about 8pm. As an example:

breakfast - oatmeal made with skim milk + 6 egg white 0ne egg yolk scrambled eggs on whole grain toast. 10g of fish or flax oil

meal 2 - tuna with whole grain pasta

meal 3 - chicken and salad in whole grain bread sandwich

train - maltodextrin drink whilst training figured into daily calories

meal 4 - 100g maltodextrin 50g whey

meal 5 - chicken in sauce with wholegrain rice.

meal 6 - cottage cheese with an medium to large avocado

Hey bro, you still need to figure out how many cals on average you get a day so that you know how many to drop. His diet was an example, but it may not be enough or be too much depending on what you get normally.
