| for the past 2 weeks ive not been the gym because ive been really not well, the first week i couldnt move,but the 2nd week i was better but i just stayed away from the gym to get my body back to normal. now tomorrow im starting my 3 day plan,is there anything i should be doing carfully or will i be ok just to get back into my training as normal? thanks |

| That's happened to me, so I'd say take it easy at first. Don't puch yourself to your old limits, take your time. It sounds like it was pretty bad, what was it? I'm sataying away from the gym for a few days right now, I have a bad throat infection. |

| dont know i had a bad throat plus a virus, couldnt even sit up for 2 days lol never had t flu like that before. |
