| Up to about a month or 2 ago, every time I trained my biceps, they would be sore and pumped for the next 3 days or so. I change my routine up every now and then like you are supposed to, but now when I train my biceps I wake up the next morning and they arent sore at all and my biceps just feel tired. I'm assuming I'm overtraining or something so should I cut down on sets or should I just take a week or 2 off from training my biceps, and let them only get trained when I do my back? My current bicep routine is once a week, 3 sets BB curls 8-10 reps, 2 set supinated DB curls 4-6 reps, 2 sets incline DB curls 20-25 reps. |
