3 months ago i hurt my wrist and top of my hand in the gym,
the doctor gave me cream for it,but didnt say what it was.
njow the problem is its not improving its still soar.
i can still do the weights but certain exercises hurt it.another thing what hurts it alot is when i write my name or stretch my hand or pick a coin up.
now i was wondering does anyone know what this could be,and is it worth my going to the hospital or not.
i dont like wasteing there time you see.

We cannot diagnose you.. only give suggestions, the doc most likely gave you a NSAID cream. see a physiotherapist that can rehabilitate your injury..
