| I train at home with my own weights and its goin well as im lifting more weight for more reps every week but i got all the weight on my bb and im still gettin high reps over 10 even though im screaming with effort and goin to failure. I do a few sets but as i got all my weights on i dunno how to keep improving. Im goin for size too any ideas ppl? |

| go to your local gym. i bet that they have enough weight there. |
