I know that you need to change your routine when it stops working but when and how do u know that its not working anymore. Do you change every month or 6 weeks and when you change it do you need to change everything or just add a new exercise to it. Ill be greatfull for your advice ppl:thumbs:

and there is another point i cant seem to remember, but everyone is different....

you should post up your journal and stats

and when you do change it that also depends... if you feel not one exercise is working and producing gains like you want take a look at the excerise and make sure you are training correctly...also look at your diet and recovery time...
