I beleave that progressive overload is the only way to grow. More weight for more reps every week. the last one or two hard to get reps will build the muscle. Now I have been trainning like this for the past year im 20 yrs old and 5ft 10,weight 13stone6pounds. Now here is my problem my DIET is really bad. I just dont know enough about neutrition when bodybuilding. I eat tuna all the time but I dont think thats enough. Any advice as I feel my diet is keeping me back from my goals.:thumbs:
