| After every workout i am sore in the muscles I worked for about a day and sometimes 2 is that good does that mean I worked out hard enough? |

| If your goal is to be sore, then yes. If your goal is muscle or strength, then no. |

| being sore has nothing to do with building muscle. I get sore after every workout for 3-4 days sometimes. But it has nothing to do with building muscle. Theres probably a lot of people on this thread that dont get sore at all after a workout and they are huge. |

| yeah I do not get sore (not that I'm huge) but it is not a good measure of how hard you've worked out. |

| what your feeling is DOMS.which means delayed onset muscle soreness and the fact that you get sore for the next few days is due to this and is common. Use progress either more reps or more weight every workout. |

| As long as it ain't prolonged man. If your hurtin for more than a week you may have severly strained something. I'm tellin ya, one thing lifeters sometimes take on lackadazically is stretching. Yoga is freaking gay, I know, but my wife got me into it for a spell and I could def tell the diffrenece. |
