Ok so I have my diet under control now. All I need is a killer upper body work out. Because my back is messed up I can't do anything really that requires me to stand. And I can't do cardio so I am depending on my diet to lose weight and it is working. I would ride an exercise bike but I need to buy one. So I am trying to lose weight and bulk back up. I can lift quite a bit so if some one can give me a routine with weight I would appreciate it. My work out now is as follows. :

Preacher curls wide grip close grip and reverse grip 2 set of 8 on each at 80 lbs.

Bench press, incline, decline 2 sets of 8 on each at 225 (could go heavier)

Lat pulls (wide grip, close grip, wide grip) 2 sets of eight on each at 180

That is my MWF any ideas or criticisms would be welcome cause I have been doing this for the past couple weeks and have not really seen any changes. I really want to get HUGE!!!

And if I made that sound easy I am sorry cause it's not. That is really pushing it. I am extremely shaky by the end of that work out. Should I increase the weight and decrease the reps. And I know that is not hitting my entire upper body so I need a few more exercises in there but I don't know what to add to get a full upper body workout

Sorry forgot to put in my stats I am 22 6'2" and 390 lbs. My goal is to get my muscles nice and huge :-) and to drop my weight to 300
On the high school power lifting team I was 290 with only 14% body fat so I think 300 will be a good weight.
