| mon chest/tric 3 sets of db flys first 2 sets are heaviest press ups with 15kg plate on back 2 sets to failure then press ups with legs resting on chair to work upper chest 2 sets of db tricep extensions wed shouldiers bb milatary press 2 heavy sets then db side raise first set moderate heavy second set 2 x 14kg both sets to failure then front raise 2 sets to failure friday back/bicep dead lift 2 sets both heavy then bent over bb row again 2 sets heavy after that i will do db rows 2 sets heavy then bb curls first set moderate waight fo 8 to 10 reps then heavy 6 to 8 reps and to finish off 2 sets on heavy bb shrugs my stats age 20 height 5ft 10 weight 13 stone 6 pounds every week I have improved on weight and reps I also like to do 3 sets of 90 secs with the plank to train my abs What you all think I wouldnt mind tips or advice to improve cheers:clap: |
