| Isnt it great when you lift more weigh or get alot more reps from your last workout. But why stop their, I think a great way to build a great body is to set yourself goals. Thats why when i train I mix my workout with not just strength training but endurence training too. Ever heard of Paddy Doyle? Well if you havnt he has world records for press ups, sit ups, and alot more. He pushes his body way over his limits and therfore he becomes stronger and his body learns to adapt to the stress and grows. Basicly the sky is the limit when bodybuiding so dont be afraid to mix things up a little bit and get that killer body you want and ppl admire. :thumbs: |
