| my stats are height 5ft 10 weight 13 stone 6 pounds .MON chest/tricep press ups to failure 80 reps 2mins rest then again 60 reps after that press ups+15kg on back 17 reps then again 10 reps, all sets to failure. triceps db back of the head tricep extension 1x 20kg with 12 reps then again with 6 reps. tricep kick backs db 1x10kg for 12 reps then again with 7 reps,on each arm. WED shouldiers bb milatary press 40kg 8 reps then 30kg for 9 reps. all db standing side raises 2x 10kg 30 reps then 2x14 10 reps. front raise 2x10kg 15 reps then 2x12kg 7 reps. FRI back and bicep dead lift bb 120kg 7 reps then 100kg 6 reps. bb bent over row 65kg 8 reps repeat 5 reps. db row 1x 50kg 8 reps repeat 5 reps. bb shrugs 105kg 9 reps and repeat 6 reps. I have been improving on weight and reps every week these reps and weight are off my last week. p.s sorry i couldnt type it better lol:thumbs: |
