| well I was looking to change my work out so I saw this workout it looks good cuz the main idea is working reverse muscles !! , like shoulder & TRICEPS, legs & arms chest and BACK, however, most of sets numbers are 3-8 , I mean com'aan I hardly do 4 . for example chest 10 8/3 BENCH PRESS 10 8/3 INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS 12 10/3 INCLINE DUMBBELL FLYE 15 12/3 CABLE CROSSOVER back 10 8/3 PULL UP 10 8/3 BENT OVER ROW 10 8/3 LAT PULL DOWN 12 10/3 STRAIGHT-ARM LAT PULLDOWN |
