:thumbs: I have decided that I want to add cardio so I can burn fat so my muscles will show more. I work out on mon we and thurs so for each of these days im goin to do some sprinting along with some joging,it only takes 15 mins at the most. Will this work or do I need to do more cardio?, my diet is good so i dont need to worry about that.

Sprinting is purported to jack your metabolism up for two or more days after while being less catabolic, but it requires a rest period the same as any intensive training. So far it's been recommended to mix 2 - 3 days of sprint training in with regular, preferrably am, 30-45 minute sessions, in order to optimize fat burning. It's also something that you need to build up to, as you can injure yourself if your form is improper. Remember to stay on the balls of your feet, not your toes, and not to over stride, you want to keep your front leg aligned with your center of gravity, as reaching forward will cause a braking motion, and you also want to maintain a slight lean forward from the feet, not from the hips....Most people would choose interval training over sprinting, but the most important thing is to find which method works best for you and that you enjoy, otherwise you'll never stick with it.

I prefer interval training, it burns more calories overall compared to LSD cardio

Run in the morning right after you wake up, do it on an empty stomache and ull see great benefits bro.

Thats Some Good Advice Cheers, Just One More Thing Will I Loose Muscle Size Or Is That Just A Myth?

Yeah you might lose a bit of muscle but when your more defined you actually look much bigger, its all an illusion.
