.... yeah like I said, I know it gets asked by 500 newbies 500 times, but I know a few of you out there have a similar body style to mine and could help me out a bit. First of, no, I have never taken juice. I'm kinda shaky about injections (Jose Canseco!, Jose Canseco!) but I'll get over it.

I'm 29 years old, a soldier in the army, 5'11'' and 185lbs with about 14% BF. I recently started lifting again seriously for the first time in about a year (getting ready to leave the wife and kids, and deploy to Iraq again) but I have around 5 years of previous trainning behind me. In one year of while I was deployed i went from 178lbs to 204 naturally. That was with creatien, about 200+ grms of protein a day, 3,500 calorie intake, lots of freaking water, Pump Tech NO, Creatine in the morning and before I lifted, 2 hours of gym 5 days a week, and 45 to 60 min of cardio 3 times a week. I take my calorie intake very seriously and even eliminate sugar and cream from coffee during that time. My goals are size and deffintion, but not monster mass if that makes since. Think Thomas Jane from the Punisher with a bit more size, a solid 210-215lbs.

NOW, that I have thrown that out there, here's what I am looking at for a first cycle:

- 500 mg/ week test enanthate (13 weeks)

- 300mg/ week of EQ (9 weeks)

I know I'm gonna need Clomid and Nolvadex before hand, but what else? I'm also in the air over a recoverer when I cycle off before the second cycle.
Also, should I take anything to prepare my body for the "first time"? I'm not so much interested in a cutting cycle for about 9 months, and I'm not sure if its a good move to dive into dbol and such this early into the game. Thanks for all your help brothers and sisters.

In my opinion EQ with tes is a waste. The water retention from the tes is going to make the EQ seem very mild. however, i have done EQ with tes only to keep the water retention to a minimum. anyways i would do my tes first with maybe some trenbolone or even by itself, then take a few weeks and do your EQ for about 8 to 12 weeks and you need at least 400 mg a week to get good results. that will give you a good gain in size but it will be hard gains, not watery and bloated looking gains. Also.....easy on the cardio while taking tes, maybe a few times a week, but only about 20 or 30 minutes at the most.
