| the other week i was not well for 2 weeks then when i was ok,i was back training with a new plan, which was a 3 day a week plan,i trained for 2 weeks then my gym closed last week for a fortnight why it gets all brand new stuff, it doesnt open again till next week. i was wondering cause i aint done much training in the past 6 weeks, whats a good program for me to start with when i get back.? |
