i am currently about 25 lbs overweight....my weekly rountine consists of..cardio/core-tri/chest--cardio/core--bis/back--cardio/core--sholders/legs--day off.........sooo to loose weight u basically need to burn more calories then u take in ok no prob. but if im lackin calories wont my body start to feed off of muscle?? should i maybe go hardcore cardio loose my fat then start weight training or is there a way to do both??

I would think... Eat right don't limit your self on the calorie intake just make sure you have a good meal plan, and keep up the cardio and building muscle because the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn.

The decrease in calories should come from carbs... protein intake should be the same if not a little higher to preserve muscle.

focus on calorie intake. definitley limit calorie intake. focus on cardio. do it 5 times a week. lose the weight you want and/or need to lose then focus on a bulk with weight training. and like cosmic said lots of protein.
