| First post on here, mainly been lurkin. I will start off with my info. Age 24 Height 6' Weight 186 dont know body fat training experience-worked out for about a year, 3 years ago Goals- Build muscle fast, lose all this fat and get tone, really need it in my mid section. About me, I worked out for about a year a few years ago, went from 145 to about 190 natural + protien drinks about four times a day. Since i have quit working out i have gotten married and had a kid, saying "i do" made me gain about 25lbs. i think, I got to 205lbs a couple months ago and saw a picture of me and was freaked out. Since then i have stopped eating fast food and stopped drinking soda's. Just water and milk mostly, with the beer every now and again. My plan is to get i bowflex Xtream 2,found one in the paper cheap, i know some of you dont like the bow flex, but hear me out. Since i am married now and have a kid, i dont have time to go to a gym. Only time i have is to get up early and workout at home. The gym is out of the question. I plan on working out about 3-4 times a week very hard, but what supplements etc.. should i use? What other advice do you guys have to help me? been out of the loop awhile and need to know if there is anything new that would help me reach my goals. Thanks for the help in advance. |

| do lots of cardio and figure out your maint. cals. eat 500 cals less than that until you lose the weight you want to lose. then focus on a clean bulk. http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml |
