I am 6'4'', 220 lbs, bulking. I trained muscle groups once a week for the past 1.5 years and it worked to build muscle for the first year or so, but for the last 6 months I havent gained much. So I was thinking about going to a new routine where I train each body part more than once a week. Tell me how this looks. I'll do 2 exercises per muscle group 3 sets each. For example Monday I will do flat bench 3 sets, incline bench 3 sets, seated DB press 3 sets, standing side lateral raises 3 sets, skull crushers 3 sets, v bar press downs 3 sets. And then Thursday I'll do the same format with different exercises. Sunday - Legs, Back, Biceps, Abs Monday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps Tuesday - off Wednesday - Legs, Back, Biceps, Abs Thursday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps Friday - off Saturday - off

yes I had been changing the exercises I was doing every couple weeks. Diet is good, so I'm guessing it's just my routine.

im with morgan!!! pack on the calories (good ones) and switch up your training every few weeks. also remember that INTENSITY is the key. we could both do the same exact thing but the one that works out with more intensity will get faster and better results.

Train as hard as you can but if you are not taking enough calories then you will not gain your size. Count your calories and Make a diet plan according to it, by doing this we are sure you will gain mass. :)
