| i wanna know if i could start doing 15 sets pers muscle group or would it be considered over training if i do it once a week |

| all depends on the person.i know some people think it would be but to be honest i found that between 12-14 sets makes my muscles grow better |

| On a low rep, heavy weight, mass building plan, 12-15 sets is fine, but its not nearly overworking...especially being only once a week. Kill that body part and let it repair for next week. |

| Well If you are getting enough rest for your body recovery and Feeding your muscle with proper intake of diet.... then 15 sets per muscle group is enough. If not then you are overloading yourself. |
