Im 280lbs and I was told by my personal trainer in florida before i moved to va that im supposed to take at least half of my body weight in protein. Is this correct. Food wise, i usually only eat steak fruits veggies and meal replacment protein bars. Should i ingest more protein or less? At this point and time im not getting results like i was before. im not sure if its cause i need to take more or get a different brand. Also, creatine, is there another way to take it or should you just go by what the directions say?

take creatine by what the directions say, but DO NOT LOAD its a waste of money. If you are trying to build muscle you should get at least 1.5 your body weight in protein. So you had been getting 140 g a day but you should be getting about 420 per day.
