| Im 280lbs and I was told by my personal trainer in florida before i moved to va that im supposed to take at least half of my body weight in protein. Is this correct. Food wise, i usually only eat steak fruits veggies and meal replacment protein bars. Should i ingest more protein or less? At this point and time im not getting results like i was before. im not sure if its cause i need to take more or get a different brand. Also, creatine, is there another way to take it or should you just go by what the directions say? |
