I'm incorperating cardio into my regime as of monday. Doing it the last 4 weeks leading up to my holiday. Im very busy and only really have time to do cardio after work, in the evening. Youre supposed to do cardio on an empty stomach, but if im doin weights in the same training session i like to have a shake before i train and then a shake after and a meal when i get home. If i do wieghts for 50 mins, then have a shake and do cardio for 50 mins, would i still be losing fat? Seeing as the last carbs i have are at about 12-1pm and i train at about 5-6pm. Anyone think of a better way to do this?? Thanks

This is second hand knowledge but i remember my football coach from highschool telling me that if you do light cardio for more than 30 minutes you'll be burning off any protein/calorie intake you would be getting from your shakes.
