I found this routine in a recent post.... Seems to me like that Friday day is gona be one heck of a tiring workout!

But how many sets should I do for legs, abs, back, biceps, chest, shoulders, triceps in this once a week routine?


Mon - Legs, Abs

Wed - Back, Biceps

Fri - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

I do similar program only 3 day split, I stick to between 3-5 sets per exercise and depending on which muscle im training ill do more exercises for larger muscle groups and less for smaller.
