| I found this routine in a recent post.... Seems to me like that Friday day is gona be one heck of a tiring workout! | I do similar program only 3 day split, I stick to between 3-5 sets per exercise and depending on which muscle im training ill do more exercises for larger muscle groups and less for smaller. |
