| Hello, I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone could suggest any excerscises for the following muscle/musicle groups (Oh and pardon any spelling mistakes) -Obliques -Lower abdominals -Middle to lower back -Leg workouts(for this one I am looking more for muscle endurance, not mass) -Perhaps a sprinting or long distance cardio program? Not sure if this is in the right place or not, so feel free to move/delete it, whatever... Thanks in advance! |
