| hey. need alittle bit of help. im kinda new at this so im not well educated on this stuff. right now im sitting at 220lbs. and im trying to get down to 195-200 lbs. but im also trying to get bigger, especially with my back, arms, and my wheels. ive been going to the gym 4-5 days a week, running on the treadmill and lifting weights. but i havent been really noticing any difference. could anyone recommend some supplements i could take to help me reach my goals? what kind of foods should i be eating? or a workout rountine???? Thanks |

| Food. Change your diet, there is no magic pill unless you want to combine amphetamines and steroids. Eat healthy clean NATURAL diet without processed foods, then you can get the ingredients you need to build muscle while your calorie intake is decreased so you can also loose fat. |

| Run in the morning my friend, right after you wake up and on an empty stomache...its better for boosting metabolism early and burning fat, then workout later in the day when u have some food and energy in you. |
