I've heard that every 10 weeks or so you should take a week off completely from working out. What are your thoughts on this? I hate taking weeks off cuz I enjoy working out so much.

I take a week or two off when I feel like I need it or when im sick. As for changing routine I rarely change mine.. aslong as im growing on it - im sticking with it.

Take a week off every 6-8 it won't kill you and will let you know that you are overtraining when you come back bigger and stronger.

Taking a week off every 6 or 8 weeks is what I do and I find it works great to let your muscles completely recouperate. I just finished my week off on sunday, so when i went for my chest workout monday I felt great and pushed up the 80's doing inclined chest press with dumbbells (was stuck at 70's).
