chest-shoulders-triceps
flat bp
decline bp
seated chest press
front lats,db
side lats,db
seated shoulder press
seated tricep extension
tricep press,v bar
tricep press,rope(pull apart and hold for a few seconds)

i done 5 sets of everything
12 reps goind down to 6
increasin the weight

also done 20 m ins on the bike and 5 mins walkt o cooldown


wednesday im doing back and biceps
friday legs and abs
