I dont understand why in this program you will focus on muscles such as.. Brachialis, Brachioradialis, wrist flexors and extensors, neck ext and flexors, hip adductors and abductors, tibialis anterior. It sounds half like a rehab program.. Pointless unless this is a list of muscles that will be worked indirectly? What are you trying to get from this program?

i dont get y u change your routine every week. You havent even stuck with a routine long enough to see results.

i change my routine every 5-8 weeks im looking at htis one for my next one

5-8 weeks isnt enough time for one program. I dont even rotate my exercises but every 3-4 weeks.

I stay on same program for a while... only change it about 3 maybe 4 times a year. The 4 week thing I believe is for beginners to develop motor learning, not necessarily muscle growth since not much will happen in 4 weeks anyway.

i believe if you stick to a routine for months your body gey use to what you are doing thats why i change round

Your body gets used to the movement, thats all. Your muscles dont know whats going on, they only respond to a stimulus whether its at home lifting boxes or any physical work or in the gym lifting weights.. they dont know the difference.
