| alright look guys ive been lifting for quite a while now and i have alot of progress i seem to have a fast metabolism......... im hungry like every 2 in a half hours.I JUS WANNA EATTTTTTT. i also a mid distance runner for track and feild.so i combine it with lifting.. is this healthy for a 16yo or is there something wrong? |

| Some people may disagree as theirs two schools of thought on this one but no it is not healthy for a 16 year old to lift weights and maybe you should wait until you have done all yuor growing before lifting. Waiting to hear people respond who are from the other school of thought. |

| I started weights at 13.... I dont see any problem with lifting young. If your hungry that often then take advantage of it and EAT, youll grow like a weed at 16. |
