| just a quick question to you all what do you prefer when training, one muscle group a day or a few and whats your reasons? also how many days you train and rest a week? |

| i usually train one body part sometimes two but it depends on how many days a week your going to train. if you workout 3 days a week i would recommend doing full body workouts. if your going to train4-5 days then id recommend breaking it up and doing a muscle group a day. the reason is if you did 4-5 full body workouts a week you would overtrain. |

| I would prefer to train one muscle group a day but because I train 3 days a week I have to do a few each session. Reason why I would rather one a day is because I could train with higher intensity focusing primarily on one muscle (group) whereas when training multiple each day I am pre-fatigued by the time im upto the 3rd muscle (group). You can train long with med-low intensity or short with high intensity, not both. I prefer high intensity. |

| i prefere 1 muscle group a day but its having the time to train 5-6 times a week what i do now is chest-back shoulder-biceps-triceps legs in this order monday,wednesday,friday |

| I like doing 3 muschle groups per day as it was recomended when you have been doing weights for a little while to do so. Golds gym encycopedia of bodybuilding says when you are in the mediocre stages to try that and as you advance to train less and less muschole groups per session until you train none at all oooooooops i mean 1 per session. |

| i think ill stay with my plan for about another 2 months then ill change it to 1 muscle group per day monday to friday |
