| Ive been working out a while but cant seem to get definition on my chest -it seems to be saggy I want a firm chest - im doing bench press (wide grip) and some military presses but is there anything else I can do to isolate my chest muscles to make my chest look better? I dont wanna do too much cardio because I am slim so I am guessing adding muscle? any ideas greatly appreciated guys, thanks |

| to get good shape and definition in your pecs, inclines and flat benches should be done heavy enough to get 8 or 10 reps for atleast three or four sets. then after you have a good burn going, go the the cables and superset some flies with burnout sets of push-ups. Just switch up your grips on the flies and same with the push-ups. Aslo the reverse grip bench and dips are great workouts too. i got that workout from a friend of mine a few months ago and I must say i am very satisfied with my strenth and definition gains. |

| thanks chuck... So I do bench press 3 sets of 10 reps then incline for 3 sets of 10 reps then cable flies (can I use dumbell flies instead - I dont have a cable machine) superset - so no rest and do this with press ups? do you mean 3 sets in all for incline and flat bench or do u mean 3 sets for each? cheers bro - im going to start giving it a shot tonoght and let you know over the next few weeks thanks in advance for your answers |

| Thunder Cat __________________ Do 3 sets of normal bench + 3 Sets of Incline Press + 2 Sets of flat bench dubbell + 3 sets of Parallel Bar dips of 8-10 reps. As you told that you are slim so done overtrain your self. I would like to add do bench press with normal grip rather than wide grip. Wide grip works to your outter chest and what about ur middle and inner. Keep normal grip when you add mass look what is laggin then use wider grips. Mass building is your main issue. :) |
