| in addition to your shoulder workouts also do some set (drop set or super sets) on back day what i do is at the end of my workout ill super set bb shrugs with very tight concentrated front delt raises. make sure u really feel the mind muscle connection and remember weight isnt the issue here its all MUSCLE CONTRACTION! |

| mon chest,tric on wed should and fri back,bicep. so if i do milatary press on wed when i do shoulders will I be overtraining my triceps? |
