Mesotherapy is the only option for that and I'm not sure about any of the long term side effects. Diet is the only way buddy and heavy weight.

Diet and cardio - there is no such thing as spot reduction other than liposuction.

I've been trying to spot reduce my ass for years....hasn't worked yet.

On a more serious note, just a theory, but more than likely anything people tell you works for spot reduction is going to burn calories, which if done properly, will lead to an overall appearance of weightloss. Chances are, if you're doing something thinking "oh, man, this sh*t's gonna give me the best damn six pack!!", you're probably going to work harder than you normally would, which will of course increase overall weightloss/fat loss, and unless you're binge drinking hardcore, would probably help shrink your belly a bit more....but, as I said, just a theory!
