| this is my workout routine i train week 1 monday-wednesday-friday monday-chest back wednesday-shoulders-biceps-triceps friday-legs then week 2 mon-tuesday-wednes-thursday friday mon-chest/back tues-shoulders/bis/triceps wednes-legs thursday-chest/back friday-shoulders/biceps/triceps then back to week one ive been doing that for approx one month now this week im back to week one/but because i feel full of energy i want to do week 2 again will this be ok for me to do or will i be over doing it. |

| It doen;st sound too much just taking the days into account but it also depends how much you are doiing at the gym when you go in. You may be doing more than yuor body can handle if yuo are pushing yourself to failure and over training. need more information. |

| these are the sets and reps i do 5 sets reps 12-10-10-8-6- sometimes 12-10-8-6-6 |

| so 2 or 3 boy parts by 5 sets each????? so per workout either 10 or 15 sets overall???? I wouldn't call that overtraining. |
