| how many reps is enough for stimulating muscle growth doing db side raises. I have tried low weight and high reps as well as heavy weight with less reps. I like doing a pyrimid as i feel i would be getting the best out of the exercise. any tips or suggestions will be appreciated thanks. |

| Deep controlled movements all the way up and down. Does anyone else have problems lowering dumbells strait down? |

| Hell yeah. I have so much flexibility that my muscle doesn't barely know to try and slow the weight and it pops and cracks. |

| do u mean do 10 or 12 then put the weights down even if i could get more reps, or do u mean use a weight which is heavy enough to only get 10 or 12 reps? |
