| alright everyone new to the site, but not to bodybuilding, been going to the gym for a wile now, well over a year, and not made any real gains although am alot physically fitter and toned, but sik of been skinny came on here looking for help advice and motivation, im understanding more and more at the moment but and tips or advice would be realy helpfull and gratefull im curently 19 5ft 11 135llbs very low bodyfat, begining a new routine tomorow, which will work hopefully lol going for a more old school workout, hard low reps heavy cast iron weights, work each all bodypart twice a week, intense workouts, less than an hour each workout and propper eating rests etc etc another thing i need help with is nutrition, i cant eat properly realy as i live at home, what sort of everyday foods are there that would be good for gaining weight and muscle, taking all the correct supliments and eating as well as i can cheers scotty |

| Personally I would stop working out until yo put on 30lbs of body weight eat like a lean bulker google is a great search engine but a lean bulker just includes lots of rice and potatoes and meats nothing else until you put on weight. You = underweight big time. I do not remember weighing 135 |

| aii i am doing now, eating more, and lifting better, hopefully il start doing things properly from now on :D any advice for nutrition? types of food etc? |

| No dont stop working out just keep it basic you may be overtraining thus not allwoing your body to grow as much as it should..IMO train 3 days a week like m-w-f keep all movemnts basic low reps and not to many sets example 8-10 sets for smaller goups and 12 sets max larger..no more then 8-10 reps..Eat high cal foods junk food even keep your protein up and get your rest you should grow..Try that for 12 weeks and dont fall off track then you will know. |

| im doing a four day split, with extreme bulking now realy eating anything nd everything just to gain some weight for now, then a proper diet after i have goined 20pounds |
