Yeah im 15 5"7 110lbs also im not fat im fit I want to start working out I have no Idea what to do
(Im tottally New)

I have no Idea what any intials are like bf 13%
I am tottally new soo try and keep it simple and if anyone have a suggestion on what to eat that would help to.

Eat until you gain about 30lbs then come back fat or not come back heavy lifting and low reps, low sets.

im not sure, but i think you asked what bf 13% would mean. that would mean that your bodyfat percentage was 13%.

yes if you want to gain weight eat like a horse and lift your ass off! as skinny as you are id eat as much steak or beef and potatoes that you can choke down!peanut butter, chicken, pasta eat alot dude!

If you think you should stop eating keep eating until you are going to pop. When I was bulking all you can eat buffets, 4 double cheese burgers, steaks, potatoes, pastas, pizzas, and whatever I wanted to eat I would eat 2-3 serving of.

When you eat their are two ways to do it and gain weight:

1) Eating clean, this is when you put on weight by eating healthy foods, make sure the amount of protein you eat a day amounts to about 165 graemes or so. This way you will continue to look ripped as you gain the weight. You want to gain weight but in the form of muscle with this technique.

2) eating dirty, This is for quick weight gain you do this by eating the most calories you can however possible. I wouldn't reccommend it for you as you arn't a dedicated wieghtlifter yet. The last thing you want to do is gain alot of weight, 30ish pounds and then get outta the sport for a variety of reasons, in the gym many people start few people finish.
