| today was one of those days in the gym when you ask yourself how the hell im putting up the weight i am. massive pump anddamn good strength chest flat bb 5x10 245 incline db 5x10 10 10 8 6 65 75 90 90 100 decline 4x10 205 2 sets of dips till failure SHOULDERS seated db press 5x10 75's side laterals 3x6 50's weighed in before workout at 199 after 201 due to my workout drink and about 64 oz of water haha today was very good overall |
