| My abs are easily the weakest muscle on my entire body, and i was wondering if anyone had any routines that would help me build up muscle down there. Iv tried doing situps and crunches and all that but for all the effort that i put into that i seem to be getting very little or no gains in strenght. Also how much does my ab strength affect my bench and squat? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated |

| Itll definetly affect your squat as core strength is important to the movement. Try some heavy cable crunches. |

| I do sit ups on a decline bench at the almost flat setting witg plates on my chest for sets of 10 |
