this is my workout routine
i train
week 1 monday-wednesday-friday
monday-chest back
wednesday-shoulders-biceps-triceps
friday-legs

then

week 2 mon-tuesday-wednes-thursday friday
mon-chest/back
tues-shoulders/bis/triceps
wednes-legs
thursday-chest/back
friday-shoulders/biceps/triceps

then back to week one

i do 4 exercises for each muscle group with 5 sets and reps from 12 to 6

ive been doing this for about 5-8 weeks.

now the problem i have is the past couple of weeks, ive lost my drive and ive been really tired.

now i was just wondering if i changed my plan
what would be a good plan for me to keep me motivated and less tires and exhausted
im looking to train 3 to 4 days a week.

can anyone please reccomend anything for me please.
thanks
my aim is for a mass workout

Not so sure thats over training, you can muck around with your program to see if it helps but I think it could be something else in your life thats making you tired, not so much your training. Could be many things like work, study, stress, not enough sleep, not eating properly, sleep apnea, etc etc

Alot of people dont realise how much these things can have an impact on us, especially when it comes to training you really notice it then.
