| im a newbie to the bb forums, and i would like to say that from what i have seen im very impressed with the amount of support you give one another. im 18 years old, 6 foot 4, 185 pounds. im pretty lean, and because i play hockey, do martial arts, and have a daily workout routine i am in decent shape. my problem is that though i seem to be gaining strength, i am having a hard time gaining weight. my diet is pretty loose, i dont hold back from very much, but whenever i eat, i eat a lot. my arms are 16 inches flexing and i can bench about 150 lbs. any advice at all would be appreciated. |

| well if your looking for mass i would go heavy with everything you do in life. lol lift heavy, eat heavy, and sleep heavy (8 hours a night or more) eat 6 meals a day. if you cant eat that many then get a meal replacement drink or protein drink and have that to substatute for a full meal. train heavy 3-4 days a week. (example)- monday- legs tuesday- off wednesday- back and biceps thursday- off friday- chest and triceps saturday- off sunday- shoulders 4-8 reps each set. remember to properly warm up by stretching your muscles. eat at least 200 grams of protein a day. do not train for more then 45 mintus each day  good luck bro. keep posting if you have any questions welcome to the board, i hope you stick around. |
