| You put a barbell on your shoulders, feet shoulder with apart, and bend over till your back is parallel with the floor? Is it just a version of a hyper extension? I've been doing these lately and OMG do i feel it in my lower back the next day. |

| It's a good Morning. Get your form down good or you can hurt yourself doing them. I alternate between GMs and DLs every week. Just remember that when doing GMs, the knees bend a little. I'll post a link to how to do them properly ASAP. |

| I thought that was what they were called! My friend, who get this, is a trainer at my gym showed me how to do them and he didn't know the name of them himself lol. I said "Is this a good morning", he said "no, just a back extension". Wait till i see him again. Thanks shortz, I'll look at that website :) |

| Your friend is a dumbass that is one of the oldest exercises there is..Not done near as much as it should be..I just like it b/c it gets girls to bend over in front of me I like that kind of power.. |
