Ok here is the deal. I know very little about working out ,yeah i do research on google but who knows about that kinda stuff. I am 17 year's old and i weigh 115 I am a male. I was born 3.5 months premature and i am just a small guy. But i wouldnt mind being like cut. u know like 6 pack showing. and i have done enough research to know that you have TO DIET. I just don't like read all the labels on stuff etc. Now let me tell u what i can do. Maybe you all can suggest some workouts for me. I live 20 feet the beach. So here are my options Jogging on the beach. Biking. I have a swimming pool. Swimming I have 2 Dumbells that i can use they both can have 20 LB's on it thats a lot for me. I can do Pushups/Situps. Just need some exercise hints on how to do them right. So i would think i have it all u know? But i just im Not like 6 pack and im just skinny. I'm like 5'5 5'6 not sure. So not a tall skinny guy just a small guy. Just u know some easy stuff i could do maybe? I don't have a 4k home gym at my disposal :(. Thanks guys! Sincerely Brizzo.

hey budddy. first of all i am gonig to recomend to you what i did 14 years ago for myself. do not do any cardio except walking. eat 6 meals a day. try to get 40-50 grams of protein each meal. over 2500 calories a day. you no doubt need to bulk up a bit more before you do any cutting judging by your pics. lift heavy at the gym, and concentrate on more power excercises. do not train more then 4 days a week the main thing is diet. to get big, you have to train big and eat big. what is your current weight lifting routine?

Ok well i have 2 Dumbells ... hehe they can both have 20 pounds on them. which is good for me. How do i know i should be doing 20 pounds each and not just 10? like is there some way i can test this? Cause i can lift the 20's but i can't do a lot? like umm are Pushups good? Situps for stomache :) i want a nice stomache. Biceps and Stomache are my concern. Ok so what do i eat? Like my parents make me dinner, I have a Turkey Sandwhich with Mustard,2 Slices of Turkey,2 Slices of white cheese. And then i have like sunflower seeds :D, umm breakfast every day is Oatmeal, or Egg's which is better and are they good for me?,Milk every day. Water too... which is better milk or water? and Dinner consists of anything from Steak----Pasta's. My dad is a wonderful cook. :D Thanks guys Im gonna go start lifting maybe 5-10 reps 3 sets? for me cause im small.. should i start with the 10LB on each side or 20?... thanks!

When I first started, I was only doing chins, sit ups, pushups and a couple DB things too. If you get yourself a BB, you can do alot more things, like squats, military presses, shrugs, lunges, calf raises, BB curls....and it goes on. When doing chins, I would use a chair under my feet so I could hit 10 reps for 3 sets. When doing pushups, as I got stronger, I would incline my feet and this makes it harder to do. Then I started having my GF's daughter sit on my back as I did them. She had a blast. LOL

One other thing, you better be piucking up your father's cooking ability or when you move out on your own, you will have no clue what or how to cook. lol

You can do shoulder presses, laterals...yo uknow, you can get a set of DBs with some interchangable plates for pretty cheap man. You are going to run into the problem of these DBs either being too heavy or too light for certain exercises.
