I aint sure if any of ya'll have experienced such a travesty of nature? But if ya have I would appreciate advice on getting over the mental barrier and back in2 shape. I have a full set of weights and a bench (however dusty!)

Just wonderin if there's a way I can get back in2 buffness without sacrificing my career?

I also need some advice on Creatine... (5week on 5week off?) and the finest Protein/mass shake around at moment.... Any advancements on diet plans? Would appreciate ALL advice however vague.

There is a man that goes by the screen name Medhed on another board. He has truly motivated me. He had busted up both legs very badly and was wheel chair bound. He continued to lift, even in the wheel chair. Slowly he was able to build his legs back up. The coolest thing is that he actually competed in the wheel chair too.
