| I need help getting protien i have been trying to get it but i have to have 140g of it i know it sounds easy but i cant seem to get it what r some major protien foods that willnt make me gain weight Thank you Evan |

| a good source of protein in food is cottage cheese, which has about 30g for 200ml. i dont know about the not gaining weight, but i would say go ahead and eat it. |
