I need help getting protien i have been trying to get it but i have to have 140g of it i know it sounds easy but i cant seem to get it what r some major protien foods that willnt make me gain weight

a good source of protein in food is cottage cheese, which has about 30g for 200ml. i dont know about the not gaining weight, but i would say go ahead and eat it.

Chicken
egg whites or substitute
turkey breast
chicken breast
fish (tuna, salmon, trout etc.)
shell fish (shrimp, crab, lobster etc.)
lean cuts of beef
pork tenderloin
game (elk, venison, ostrich, emu)
cottage cheese
soy products
milk
protein powder
