| I had some and inever really noticed it doin anything i mean I have started to eat moer anyway. But i dont wanna be HUGe. i just wanna kinda be built u know built enuff to win some arm wresteling contests and stuff :) Not huge. I just swam for like 30 min pretty tired, then i do like 3 sets of 20 SItups i do the side ones,the leg lifts,and the reg crunches. I hope these work. + i lift weight's i have interchangable plate's for my DB's. I do 20 pounds on each my arms kill my pec's kill. But my biceps only hurt a lil what is a workout i can do that Buff's up my biceps? Just curls? with Db's that is and How good are pushups can someone tell me? |
