I had some and inever really noticed it doin anything i mean I have started to eat moer anyway. But i dont wanna be HUGe. i just wanna kinda be built u know built enuff to win some arm wresteling contests and stuff :) Not huge. I just swam for like 30 min pretty tired, then i do like 3 sets of 20 SItups i do the side ones,the leg lifts,and the reg crunches. I hope these work. + i lift weight's i have interchangable plate's for my DB's. I do 20 pounds on each my arms kill my pec's kill. But my biceps only hurt a lil what is a workout i can do that Buff's up my biceps? Just curls? with Db's that is and How good are pushups can someone tell me?

It takes years and years of hard training to be huge. You won't get there over night, so my best advice is to train like you wanna be huge. That will get you the best gains. Trust me. I trained for 2 years before I looked like I was a weight lifter. LOL
