hey guys, just wondering i was quite skinny 2.5 months ago but had loose fat around my belly, but i started working out at home 5-6 times a week, 1.5 hrs - 2.5 hrs each session and been drinking protein post work out and ive toned up my arms, chest have gone bigger, and my belly's subsided quite alot and i was 62.5 kg (137.5 lbs) 2.5 months ago and now iam 67.5 kg (148.5 lbs), i heard thats very good effort but also it can't be all muscle. What do u guys think? is it good effort? and what else can it be apart from muscle, cause the fat i had around my belly has gone down? and I'm not very tall either, standing at about 167cm (5'6").

try mixing your routine up :shock your body" do excercises you hate to do!

it takes the little fun factor that working out provides out by doing exercises that i hate lol, but i pretty much do all exercises, even shoulder exercises lol

i think it is the other way around. Muslce is not fully developed when you are young so the muscle growth is slower. Look at me i am going slow as ****. My brothers were the same untill they hit age 22. i guess i have 4 years left haha.

i can safely say i gained heaps of muscle when i first started lifting either that or i just imagined i did lol, either way i felt 3 weeks of lifting then bulked me up much more then now.
